Today is a sad day for me

My hair started falling out. After showering today I noticed the shower drain was clogged with hair and the bathroom floor was covered with hair all over. Hair everywhere! I just hope it falls out gradually instead of in clumps. And I hope it falls while I am at home and not outside in a restaurant or museum. And I hope this is just hair thinning and not total hair loss. I really really really don’t want to lose my hair.
